Mobile Visits

Fort Malden Animal Hospital is offering mobile house-call appointments Monday and Tuesday afternoons with Dr. Beth Cozens. We are very excited to offer this service to our patients who experience stress coming into the clinic and to our clients who have difficulty getting out and about with their pets.

Mobile house-call visits are by appointment only. They are not available as emergency same-day appointments.

For house-call visits, Dr. Cozens will be arriving with a veterinary technician, both are vaccinated and will be wearing masks. Under the current COVID-19 restrictions we ask pet owners to follow social distancing protocols and stay 6 feet away during the examination and treatment of their pets and to wear a mask throughout their visit. Every attempt to bring the required medication to mobile appointments will be made, but it may be necessary for medications to be picked up at the clinic at the pet owners’ convenience, as it is impossible for us to stock every medication in our mobile kit.

 

For payment, we will be encouraging credit card payment over the phone with the clinic after mobile appointments or clients can stop at the clinic to pay with debit or cash at their earliest convenience.
